On the Beach

It has been exceptionally warm here lately. Summer temperatures and sunshine. We live right by the beach so we spent a lot of time outside, enjoying the first few days of the year that felt less bleak. Of course we were not alone in wanting to be close to the water, and it was swarming with walkers, joggers, cyclists, skaters and dogs,

I wanted to take a naughty picture but with being in the eyesight of so many people, I couldn’t really get naked. Seeing other people sunbathing in their bikinis made me feel safe enough to at least take some of my clothes off and get my sexy going. When you hear sexy on the beach, this is probably not what you are imagining. But I love it, because it stands for the beginning of a new time of the year, and also, I look fucking hot.

Sinful Sunday

    Very nice.

I think you’re a bit north of me, and perhaps on a banana belt(?), but the warmer temps (60s, Fahrenheit) arrived for us last weekend too and one of the things we did was go to the state park near us and walk the rock beach. It was a lovely change for the usual bluh (which has returned now) and I’ll be happy if/when the sun makes a visit again.

    • Thanks!
I don’t know what the banana belt is, but we have the rainforest here, but not sure if there are any bananas, haha. I am in BC, Canada. West Coast, baby.
Spring is really my favourite time of the year, because I feel the urge to get out and do things again. I am glad to hear that you were able to catch some sunshine too, and went out into nature!

A banana belt is an area within an otherwise rainy climate that gets a higher incidence of sun. Portions of the WA peninsula and several islands in the San Juan chain are considered to be bana belts. I don’t know if Vancouver qualifies, but if you truly had summer temperatures, you might be “belted.” 😉

And YES to getting outside! (Though most of my interlude with nature last week consisted of wrestling the weeds out of my garden beds.)

        • Haha, yay for Vancouver being belted now! That does sound both hot and worrying! 😛

I wish I had a garden. I am growing tomatoes and basil in my apartment, but that is it. But I’d probably just let it all grow however it wants, because wrestling weeds does sound like quite the labouring activity! Here is to more sunshine and less weeds!

I am so envious, it’s been over a year since I last saw the sea. And I think you do look very sexy on the beach!

  10. That is a stellar natural background for a photo, and I love the contrast with your fishnets and sexy clothing! (You do, indeed, look hot). That wonderful weather was a beautiful break from the gloom. I’m near you, and we were outside soaking up the sunshine, too, gearing up for the return of the rain, which of course returned, right on cue.

    • Thank you! It was such a welcome summer break in between all the grey, wasn’t it? Now we are back to rain rain rain too. I am sure there are many wonderful sunny days ahead of us still this year.

  11. I’m at the other end of the country—well not quite—I’m near Toronto. But we haven’t had any weather close to beach weather yet. Soon I hope! You look great and I wish I were there too!
